If you were incorrectly sent an item or size you did not order, we will gladly resend you the correct item once we receive the other item back. Otherwise, no refunds will be given. No refunds are allowed on any items unless you receive the incorrect item or size. Exchanges for different sizes or items is not allowed. Measurements are available on each item. Once items leave our facility we are no longer responsible for the item.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to taxes or customs. These additional charges are not covered by the shipping cost on your order.

We currently offer Domestic Shipping which is delivered through The United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders are send tracking immeditaly following shipment.
